Haldi and Chilli powders are excellent Quality.

Gourmetcraft Haldi and Chilli powder are of excellent quality. After I started using it I am not going back to any other brand of Haldi and Chilli powder. I have also used for them for making Avakai ( annual Mango pickles) this year. My Avakai is very good. 👍🏼

Great Karam (Red chilli powder)

I got the Karam to try out a sample avakaya (pickle). The taste is really good. The chillies seem to be of higher heat index, as the pickle was on the higher side of hotness - something that went extremely well with basics like - hot rice and ghee, or "mudda pappu". The chilli powder itself has a nice taste. Time will tell how well it will hold against the raw mango (as is the case with any pickle - true test of time), but for now I'm happy with the product.
