As a marinade:
Marinate paneer or chicken (breast fillet piece or tikka pieces) with the Penang Curry paste for 10 minutes and pan fry using one table spoon oil .
- Heat a pan and add one tablespoon oil.
- Saute and cook vegetables (broccoli/ zucchini/ red or yellow capsicum/baby corn/ basil) or protein (250-300gm) of your choice.
- Add the Penang curry paste along with 1/4th cup or 60ml water. Cook on medium heat for 2 more minutes and your dish is ready to serve.
Tip: Add 100ml / half pack of coconut milk and simmer for 2 minutes to enjoy it as Thai Red Curry.
