Whole wheat flour, Cocoa powder, Jaggery, Baking powder, Baking soda, Cinnamon powder
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. You can use an electric rice cooker too!
- Sieve the contents of the pack into a bowl
- Add 60 ml oil and 240 ml milk to the bowl and mix to form a consistent batter
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix well.
- Transfer the contents to a greased bakeable cake tray/ electric cooker. Add your favourite nuts on the top.
- Bake the cake for 25-30 mins (approx) or until an inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
