Made with best food recipe with the goodness of whole wheat and jaggery, Gourmet Craft's eggless Chocolate Cake Premix is a guilt free indulgence. Perfect to celebrate every moment!

Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour, Cocoa powder, Jaggery, Baking powder, baking soda, Cinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. You can use an electric rice cooker too!
  2. Sieve the contents of the pack into a bowl
  3. Add 60 ml oil and 240 ml milk to the bowl and mix to form a consistent batter
  4. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix well. 
  5. Transfer the contents to a greased bakeable cake tray/ electric cooker. Add your favourite nuts on the top.
  6. Bake the cake for 25-30 mins (approx) or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
